About Me

Hi,

As we are a couple "About Me" really means "about us". Sooo, I am a transplanted Yankee from New York but as I have now lived in Florida longer than any place else, I now consider myself a "Florida Cracker", whip and all. I've been a boater for 35 years, 18 years in Florida and I'm a licensed 100 ton captain. I have 5 boats so boating IS my life. Our flag ship is a 41' Hatteras sport fish named FUN SHIP (stands for Forget Unnecessary Nuances Submit Hedonistically Into Pleasure). I'll do anything with a boat but scuba is my most usual pastime. My wife, Liudmyla is a recent immigrant from Ukraine, (Russian by birth) and is getting her sea legs under my careful guidance. She is interested in cosmetology and is interested in opening a salon in the near future. We are looking forward to some fun times with the folks from the Bella Vita Boat Club
